Ricky Warwick releases ‘The Angels’ Share’ video as Fire & Vengeance hits UK midweek Top 10

Ricky Warwick has released a new video for ‘The Angels’ Share’, taken from his latest solo album Fire & Vengeance, which is out now through Earache Records.

The album was sitting at No. 6 in the Official UK midweek Top 40 album chart at the time of the announcement, with Warwick also marking its release with a series of UK in-store appearances ahead of a headline tour in November.

‘The Angels’ Share’ was inspired by Warwick’s visit to Tupelo, Mississippi, and locations connected with Elvis Presley’s early life.

Speaking about the track, Warwick said: “‘The Angels’ Share’ was inspired by visiting Tupelo Hardware, where Elvis bought his first guitar, and the tiny house where he grew up. Standing in those places had a profound effect on me — a powerful reminder that the humblest beginnings can shape a life and change rock ’n’ roll forever.”

The song follows previous Fire & Vengeance singles ‘Last Chance To Dance’, ‘Seek Zen Destroy’ and the album’s title track.

The 10-track record features guest appearances from Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen, Doug Aldrich of The Dead Daisies and former Whitesnake, Blackberry Smoke’s Charlie Starr, and Darren Holden of The High Kings.

Warwick said of the album: “I wanted to make an album that captures everything I love about rock’n’roll – its power to bring people together, to make us dance and connect with one another, even in a world that often feels consumed by fire and vengeance. At its core, this record is about finding hope and unity in the chaos.”

Fire & Vengeance follows Warwick’s 2025 album Blood Ties. Alongside his solo career, Warwick is known for fronting The Almighty and Black Star Riders.

Warwick’s remaining September in-store dates are followed by a UK and Ireland headline tour in November.
